Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Invite codes are personal to the invited email address and may not be sold or transferred.

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, events, and messages you post, and you grant us a license to host and display that content to operate the service.

Do not post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, impersonate others, or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

When you invite people to an event by email or phone number, you confirm that you have their permission to share their contact details with us for that purpose. We only use those details to deliver the invitation and related updates.

Activity listings, hours, prices, and deals come from third parties and may change without notice. Always confirm details with the venue. You are responsible for supervising children and for your participation in any activity.

Premium is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe; contact us for billing help or refunds. Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple ID settings.

You can stop using ActivityNext and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

ActivityNext is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any activity you attend.

We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email support@activitynext.app.
