Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, display name, and profile photo, plus the sign-in provider you use (email, Google, or Apple).

Content you create: favorites, reviews, activity submissions, activity decks, events, and messages you send to other members.

Information about others you provide: when you invite people to an event, we store the names, email addresses, or phone numbers you enter so we can deliver the invitation.

Location: with your permission, we use your approximate location to choose your region and show nearby activities. We do not store a continuous location history.

Purchases: if you buy Premium, our payment providers process your payment details. We receive your subscription status, not your full card number.

Usage and device data: basic analytics, logs, and diagnostics that help us keep the service reliable and secure.

We use your information to operate ActivityNext, personalize activity recommendations, deliver event invitations and messages, process Premium purchases, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with providers that run parts of the service on our behalf, including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe and Apple via RevenueCat (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google Maps Platform (maps and place details). They may only use the information to provide services to us.

ActivityNext is built for parents and caregivers. Accounts are only available to people who are at least 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; we then delete your profile and associated content, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You can update your profile, make it private, manage location permissions in your device settings, and request access to or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; contact us to exercise them.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
